We conduct our business and are honest in our dealings with customers, employees, investors, partners, suppliers, competitors, and the community.
Our priorities in building trust with society revolve around 4 key priorities improving transparency:
Access to Health
The pharmaceutical market is overserved but this is only restricted to urban areas. Our focus is to improve accessibility and affordability to the underserved by working with partners who's core focus is in rural areas and by reaching people who need care the most.
Our Commitment to Patient Safety
Serturner takes a comprehensive and rigorous approach to pharmacovigilance designed to maintain and evaluate the product's benefit-risk profile. We communicate safety findings to regulators, patients, and/or health care providers - whether favorable or unfavorable to Serturner.
Ethics & Compliance
At Serturner, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of corporate conduct in all business dealings. Our ethics and compliance supports this commitment and is designed to meet all requirements by the FDA and IMA.
We're committed to helping tackle diseases such as malaria, leprosy, HIV among others. Serturner spends 5% of its procurement resources on malaria and antiretroviral products routing it to people who cannot access it.
